Welcome to Blvck Lux FAQ's! Most of your questions can be answered right here.

 

* What size should I get for my onesie?

- I recommend that you get your usual size as if you were purchasing a romper or one piece bathing suit. The onesies are true to size and the material is stretchy. 

 

* How long does shipping take? 

- Processing your order can take 1-3 days. Shipping time is 2-4 business days! Due to COVID-19, your order may be delayed in shipping.

 

Can I pick up my order if I live in the Greensboro area?

- Yes you can! Once you arrive in checkout there's an option for it to be delivered (6 mi radius of UNCG) or you can pick it up and you will be provided with the pick-up address. Once your order is ready you will receive a notification letting you know. 

 

* Can I return my items if I accidentally ordered the wrong size?

- Unfortunately due to COVID-19 returns are not accepted. You are more than welcome to repurchase your correct size.

 

* My toy stopped working, what should I do?

- All toys have been tested before shipping to make sure that it is working and performing to its expectations. Once your order has been delivered you will have a 3-week limited warranty to report any damages or issues to Blvck Lux. After 3 weeks Blvck Lux will not be responsible for any damages or issues.

If there’s a short in the toy and one of its functions stops working, please try to see if it’s an issue that can be fixed (i.e. charging the toy, twisting the function to see if it got stuck, etc). Once you have tried all that you can do, contact us via email at blvck.lux1@gmail.com or via phone (908)377-2314 with proof of video of product not functioning and we will offer you a refund or give you credit for other items that you may be interested in .
